Annual Parent Contact Form 2026 - MANDATORY

In order to comply with the KHDA safeguarding requirements, please update your contact details below. This is a mandatory annual requirement and should your contact details change at any point in the academic year, it is your duty to inform the school.

Please complete only ONE FORM per family. If you have more than one child in the school, you may complete the form using the details of your eldest child ONLY.

You have been sent your Student School Code for each child by email with the link to this form. Should you need support with this or if you have any questions, kindly contact the parent liaison for junior or senior school.
