This form is for all vehicles that enter NLCS Dubai's campus to collect or drop off students.

One form per family - mandatory for all parents.

 I verify the above information to be true and agree that NLCS can provide the information to the Dubai Traffic Police Department upon their request for any legal matter, ie Accident
 I will drive slowly and safely at all times when entering school zones around NLCS school property and while on school property.
 I will follow the direction of guards, staff and NLCS personnel who may be directing traffic and working to ensure safe drop-off and pick-up zones on school property
 I will only park in areas identified as “Parking”.
 I understand this permit may be revoked by the school, declining vehicle admittance to the school, if I (or my driver) refuse to follow and cooperate with security or traffic guards whilst driving on school property.
